Refund Policy

StickerReady provides digital software access and automated digital file generation. Because digital access and downloads can be used immediately, completed downloads and used AI credits are generally not refundable.

When refunds may be reviewed

• Duplicate charges.
• Billing errors.
• Paid access did not activate after successful payment.
• Downloads failed and support could not provide the purchased access.

How to request help

Email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Include your StickerReady account email, Creem order ID, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel future renewals through the Creem customer portal from your StickerReady account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous billing periods unless required by law or approved by support.
