• Account information such as email address, name, login method, plan, and AI credit usage.
• Uploaded images and generated outputs needed to provide image processing, background removal, SVG, and PNG generation features.
• Billing status and transaction identifiers from Creem. Payment card details are handled by Creem and are not stored by StickerReady.
• Support messages, screenshots, device/browser details, and diagnostic information you choose to send.

How we use information

We use information to provide the app, process generations and downloads, manage accounts and plans, prevent abuse, provide support, improve reliability, and comply with legal or payment-provider requirements.

Third-party providers

StickerReady may use third-party hosting, payment, AI, image-processing, analytics, and email providers, including Google Analytics for website usage measurement. These providers process information only as needed to operate StickerReady.

You may request account deletion or data help by emailing [email protected]. Some records may be retained where needed for security, billing, tax, dispute, or legal obligations.
